Nice cream for breakfast

 

Banana ice cream or “nice cream” as it’s better known as in the world of blogging.

It is the simple and basic concept of blending frozen bananas in a food processor until you get the exact texture of soft serve ice cream.

Here’s the steps to get your perfect nice cream!

STEP 1:

Peel ripen bananas, cut into pieces and freeze them.

STEP 2: 

After removing bananas from freezer toss them into the food processor and blend. Add upto 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk of choice (coconut milk gives it a great taste).

Once you have achieved the soft serve texture you can eat it immediately or scoop it into a container and freeze then scoop out with an ice cream scoop. This will have a much firmer texture.

You can come up with different flavours to personalise your nice cream. I tried mine with strawberries and bananas (keep in mind bananas are your main ingredient) and my second one I used bananas and blueberries.

This nice cream is so healthy that you can have it for breakfast! There’s no heavy cream or added sugar. It’s fat free, vegan, paleo and gluten free!

All you’ll need is : 1/2 cup chopped up watermelon, 1/2cup chopped up apples,1 cup water and 1 tbspn of moringa powder which is available at any health store. Blend everything together and there you go!

 

 

TO KETTLEBELL OR NOT TO KETTLEBELL?

I CAN PROUDLY SAY IT’S MY THIRD DAY USING IT DURING MY WORKOUT AND I CAN NOW SWING 10KGS EASILY. SOME OF THE AMAZING BENEFITS OF ADDING THIS IN MY WORKOUTS HAVE BEEN: A MORE TIGHTENED AND STRONGER CORE, I CAN EASILY LIFT HEAVIER OBJECTS SUCH AS BOXES,IT’S A FULL BODY WORKOUT IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME,IT’S A GREAT WAY TO GET MY CARDIO IN WITHOUT USING THE TREADMILL.IT COMBINES STRENGTH WITH CARDIO WHICH IS GREAT TO SHRED BODY FAT, MY FLEXIBILITY HAS INCREASED AND THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS THAT IT’S FUN AND NEVER BORING! THERE’S DIFFERENT TYPES OF SWINGS BUT I HIGHLY SUGGEST STARTING WITH THE BASIC SWING FIRST.
